VDx-Ports ("we", "us", "our") is a merchant exporter based in India, supplying Basmati rice, spices, nuts, dry fruits and other agro products to buyers around the world. This policy applies to information you give us through our website (vdx-ports.com), our lead forms on Facebook and Instagram (operated by Meta), and enquiries you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email. If you submit your details through one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, your information will be handled under this Privacy Policy.

- Job title or role (for example importer, distributor, wholesaler or food-service buyer)

- Phone and/or WhatsApp number

- Details of your enquiry, such as the product you are interested in, required quantity, packing requirements and destination port
Information collected automatically on our website:
- Cookies and similar technologies that help us analyse website traffic and improve your experience. If you accept cookies, your data is combined with that of other visitors.

Information from Meta:
When you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta may pre-fill some fields from your profile, such as your name, email or phone number. You can review and edit these details before submitting. Meta then shares the submitted information with us.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as bank account numbers, passwords, health information or government ID numbers through our lead forms.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship. If no business relationship develops, we delete your enquiry information within 24 months of our last contact. Records related to orders, invoices and shipments may be kept longer where tax, accounting or export laws require.
